Dr. Winsie-Ann Cuffie

Dr. Winsie-Ann Cuffie is a visionary leader, author, ordained minister, award-winning artiste, and passionate advocate for youth and community empowerment. A true multi-talented pioneer, she has inspired lives globally through her books, music, theatre, leadership training, and motivational media, performing on world stages and working alongside renowned leaders and gospel greats. Driven by faith and purpose, she founded Winsie’s Treasured Hearts Foundation to strengthen families, nurture young people, and build bridges of hope, healing, and transformation in communities everywhere.

Dr. Winsie-Ann Cuffie is a dynamic, multi-gifted scholar, minister, author, artiste, and community leader whose life’s mission is to inspire, empower, and transform lives. A true holistic trailblazer, she has excelled across diverse fields—writing, music, theatre, community development, leadership, and ministry.

She is the author of two influential books—Run the Race to Win and Breaking Barriers, Bridging Gaps to Enhance Performance—and has shared her voice in leading platforms such as the Live Wire Motivational Magazine alongside world-renowned thought leaders like Les Brown and John Maxwell.

As an award-winning artiste and performer, Dr. Winsie-Ann has graced international stages including Madison Square Garden, Disney World, Hollywood, and Sony Studios, and has shared platforms with global gospel greats such as Israel Houghton, Yolanda Adams, and Donnie McClurkin. She has also broken barriers as the first Trinidad and Tobago gospel artiste to pioneer innovations in stage performance and international music production.

Beyond her artistic achievements, she has served her nation through youth advocacy, anti-crime and HIV/AIDS awareness initiatives, and ambassadorial roles with the Environmental Management Authority and Voice of One Overcomers. For over five years, her inspirational radio feature Winning with Winsie-Ann has touched countless lives daily.

An ordained minister and transformational leader, Dr. Winsie-Ann brings her passion for faith, creativity, and service into the heart of Winsie’s Treasured Hearts Foundation, where she continues her lifelong commitment to building stronger families, nurturing youth, and leaving a legacy of hope and empowerment.

Authored two books:

  2. Breaking Barriers, Bridging Gaps to Enhance Performance (Leadership)
  • Wrote a regular full page column in the Live Wire Motivational Magazine. (Other writers in Magazine were world-famous Les Brown and John Maxwell).
  • Writes periodically in the MMI space in Express newspaper.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

Participated in several nationwide Anti-Crime Campaigns; family-based, youth development and HIV/AIDS Awareness initiatives with various Gov’t Ministers and NGOs, including: Ministry of Community Development and Gender Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Education, Ministry of National Security, Ministry of the Environment, Couva Regional Corporation, Chaguanas Borough Corporation, National AIDS Co-ordinating Committee (NACC). Elaborate clean-up campaigns via EMA and church initiatives.
